Position: Sales Enablement and Operations Manager – UK
Location: United Kingdom
Role SummaryThe Sales Enablement and Operations Manager optimises the sales infrastructure to भाइsupport revenue growth, working closely with the CGO, Growth Support team and client‑facing teams to improve sales effectiveness, data integrity, pipeline visibility and scalability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the group growth strategy in partnership with the CGO and Growth Support team.
- Monitor and improve sales and proposal processes to streamline operations and increase productivity.
- Champion CRM adoption across the group, ensuring accurate data entry and robust reporting; oversee CRM Freshdesk sales queries.
- Maintain and train users on sales dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and collaborating with CRM and Power
BI specialists. - Lead internal sales communication, including training content and tools such as Shout About It.
- Manage cross‑functional sales or client projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Track and report KPIs, identifying performance gaps and recommending improvements.
- Collaborate with Growth Support and client‑facing teams to align business development and sales efforts with AAB strategic goals.
- Support sector teams with administrative tasks such as scheduling, action tracking and data requests.
- Line‑manage the Sales Operations team – BD Administrator and BD Analyst – providing supervision, support and development.
- Experience working with senior leadership.
- Project management experience supporting cross‑functional initiatives.
- Previous work in a similar sales enablement or operations role.
- Experience meeting tight deadlines.
- Staff supervision experience.
- Strong collaboration, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Time‑management skills, including multitasking, prioritising and delegating.
- Proficiency with relevant software packages and systems.
- High attention to detail.
- Team player with ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Upholds group values and works proactively to meet deadlines.
- Self‑motivated, capable of turning ideas into practice.
