First Line Manager

Supply Chain – MDC – Leeds

• Starting Salary: £27,518.40 per year
• Hours of work – 42 hours, 5 days per week (with some requirement for Saturday mornings)
• Eligible from day one for the Company bonus scheme; potential earnings up to 10% of annual salary per annum
• Employer pension contributions up to 10% (based on employee contribution of 5%)
• 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

As part of our Supply Chain, Laddaw team, you will source the best quality glass in a dependable and sustainable way and deliver it to our Autoglass locations across the UK.

• Receiving, unpacking, picking and loading glass for delivery to Autoglass locations across the UK
• Delivering glass to internal and external customers
• Using the system to work through stock requirements
• Working as part of a team while also functioning independently, solving problems and maintaining strong customer focus

• Full UK Manual driving licence is essential
• Attitude over experience; we value hard work, high standards and a genuine concern for customer service
• Ability to think on your feet and solve problems with real care
