Proposition Development Manager (12 month FTC)

We’re looking for a Proposition Development Manager to join our Savings and Digital Team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll lead the creation of innovative customer propositions that champion customer needs to deliver our savings strategy. You’ll shape solutions for our customers’ present and anticipate what they will need in the future. As the voice of the customer, you’ll inspire change, influence senior stakeholders, and collaborate with subject‑matter experts across the business.

  • Design end‑to‑end products & propositions to support our Savings Ambition, Brand and Purpose
  • Translate the Savings strategy into actionable customer delivery priorities aligned to customer outcomes and commercial plans
  • Own the overall roadmap planning and execution, ensuring delivery of commercial value and benefits
About You

To succeed in this role you will have proven experience launching customer‑led solutions to maximise the experience, alongside experience in proposition development and market execution. You will also have:

  • Ability to lead change across the product lifecycle and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent understanding of customer‑led insights, behaviour data and market trends to inform future propositions and shape strategy
  • Demonstrated leadership on strategic initiatives, turning them into actionable, customer‑centric propositions
  • Skill in assessing cost and complexity of implementation to deliver commercial value
  • Strong leadership skills, engaging diverse teams/SMe’s to deliver high performance
  • Experience managing governance for commercial and product‑development activities
  • Detailed understanding of the financial‑services industry, regulatory environment and how products deliver value to customers
