What

You’ll Be Doing

In this role you will be working as part of a team of Project Managers, Design and Space Planners playing a key part in ensuring that Stark Build UK continues to deliver its ambitious programme of development and refurbishment schemes across its network of branches.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the Development team with the procurement, ordering and installation of various supplier packages and ensure deliveries are in line with project programme timelines.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for all quotation and invoice queries across a supply chain extending to approximately 150 suppliers.
  • Assist in the preparation, communication and delivery of construction processes and procedures both to meet the evolving requirements of the business and where new statutory legislation dictates amendments to existing processes.
  • Manage and maintain up to date property project records and databases for use by the Director’s and members of the Property team.
  • General liaison with the Development team’s external supply chain of contractor’s suppliers and consultants.
  • Communicate with internal departments advising of upcoming projects where input from their field of expertise is likely to be required.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Previous experience in property would be beneficial
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently
  • Confident liaising with consultants, suppliers and internal departments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Possess a full driving licence. (Some travel will be required).
