This role sits at the heart of our Centre, working closely with Sales, Aftersales, and Marketing colleagues to deliver exceptional in-Centre experiences, personalised client engagement, and world-class hospitality.

The Role

As Customer Experience Manager, you will own the client journey, shaping how clients feel when they visit, take delivery, attend events, and continue their relationship with JCT
600 Ferrari Leeds.

You will be a highly visible presence, building trusted relationships with clients, hosting experiences, supporting our Marketing Manager with activity, and setting the tone for service excellence across the showroom and front-of-house environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and continuously enhance the end-to-end client experience within the Ferrari Leeds Centre.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for clients, delivering personalised, high-touch engagement aligned to Ferrari brand values.
  • Support client events, presentations, and VIP experiences, ensuring exceptional standards of hospitality and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager to stay aligned on upcoming experiences, events, and client communications.
  • Capture client insight and feedback, using it to refine and elevate the overall experience.
  • Support and coach colleagues in delivering consistently outstanding service and behaviour.

    Maintain accurate customer data records and meaningful CRM, reflecting client preferences, engagement, and follow-up activity.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
  • Confidence and warmth when engaging with discerning, knowledgeable clients.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A natural sense of hospitality and pride in presentation.
  • Interested and engaged in Marketing trends and activity.
  • Enthusiasm for performance cars, Ferrari, and motor sport, with a willingness to continuously learn.
