About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to coordinate and drive our Amazon strategy across European markets. This is a senior individual contributor role—focused on collaboration, coordination, and enablement.
You will work closely with country Amazon account managers embedded in our UK, Germany, France, and Italy teams, ensuring strategic alignment while respecting local market ownership. You will serve as the critical link between global Amazon strategy and local execution, driving growth and operational excellence across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute EU Amazon strategy aligned with global objectives
- Coordinate strategy across EU country Amazon account managers (UK, Germany, France, Italy)
- Run weekly EU Amazon coordination meetings to align priorities and share best practices
- Drive cross‑country Amazon initiatives and identify growth opportunities
- Track and report on EU Amazon P&L, breaking down performance into country‑level insights
- Manage the Amazon EU leadership relationship at regional level
- Collaborate with Country Leaders to support their Amazon account managers
- Work through priority conflicts between country and regional objectives
- Serve as escalation point for complex Amazon‑related matters across Europe
- Share best practices and drive operational excellence across EU markets
- Support country account managers with strategic guidance and Amazon expertise
- Contribute to capability development of the European Amazon team
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends across European Amazon marketplaces
- 7+ years of progressive experience in sales/Amazon account management, e‑commerce, or digital sales
- Proven track record of driving growth and performance on sales/Amazon platforms across multiple European markets
- Deep understanding of sales/Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central, retail operations, and marketplace dynamics
- Experience working in a matrix organization with demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
- Strong analytical skills with experience in P&L management, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different cultures and levels
- Fluency in English; additional European languages (German, French, Italian) are a plus
- Willingness to travel across European markets as needed
- Experience in consumer electronics, audio, or premium lifestyle brands
- Background working directly with Amazon EU teams at senior level
- Experience with Amazon Advertising, A+ Content, and brand store optimization
- Knowledge of European retail landscape and omnichannel dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
