Business Applications Administrator at GPSkal Assessoria e Projetos

Location:

Homebased, with days in our Leeds Office (LS27).

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.

Responsibilities

Provide first‑line business application support to all end‑users across northern Europe, owning and resolving incidents through to completion.

Administer user licences, ensuring accurate recording for software asset records.

Administer starters and leavers processes and tasks in relation to data setup for new and existing customers in our systems.

Occasionally assist with project administration in relation to existing customers, and mobilisations for new customer setups.

A element of travel will be required from time to time.

Work as part of a multi‑country support team and cross‑learn with the IT Support Analysts to ensure appropriate departmental cover.

Qualifications
  • Application knowledge (ERP/CAFM)
  • Experience with in the FM industry (desirable)
  • Knowledge of SAP and PLANON (desirable)
  • Demonstrate support and administration skills
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Analyse and troubleshoot system issues including errors
  • Travel across UK & Ireland, occasional international travel
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; additional European languages a bonus
  • Flexible and quick to learn and understand applications and business processes
