Senior Client Relations Manager CDC – Keg Wines International

Contract Type:

TPT is looking for an experienced Senior Client Relations Manager to develop and drive our Collective Defined Contribution (CDC) employer engagement strategy. You will work closely with senior colleagues and stakeholders to lead conversations and develop existing relationships, to secure new business from our existing employer base.

Responsibilities
  • Leading discussions with DB and DC employers interested in implementing a CDC arrangement with TPT.
  • Working with leadership to attract employers to TPTs multi-employer CDC scheme.
  • Delivery and enhancement of CDC employer management services and retention strategies.
  • Supporting new business opportunities and managing client relationships post-implementation.
  • Managing a client portfolio and presenting TPTs full range of pension offerings.
  • Guidance and development of Client Relations Managers on CDC matters.
  • Acting as CDC subject matter expert for stakeholders and clients.
  • Leading client engagement projects and improving client communications.
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities and monitoring contacts.
  • Maintaining effective risk controls and compliance with governance.
Skills & Experience
  • Significant proven experience in leading client relationships in a DB/DC/consultant/platform setting.
  • Strong understanding of CDC, DB, and DC pension schemes.
  • Commercial acumen, keen eye for identifying new business opportunities.
  • Expertise in legislation, governance, and client relationship management.
  • Positive relationships and networks across the UK pensions industry.
  • Excellent stakeholder, project, and time management skills.
  • Professional, inclusive, and highly customer-focused approach.
  • Actuarial qualification and experience would be desirable.
  • Excellent prioritisation, time management, and risk awareness.
