We are a thriving family-run business dedicated to providing exceptional signage products and maintenance services to our customers. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Business Development Manager to join our sales team and help drive our success.

The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing sales revenue. This position requires a team player with a “can-do” attitude who is customer-focused and dedicated to providing solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will take ownership of their responsibilities, leverage collaborative thinking, and work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
  • Take ownership of the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Analyse market trends and customer feedback to inform sales tactics and improvements.
  • Engage in ongoing training and support for the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in signage/maintenance sales, preferably in a management role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to think collaboratively and solve problems effectively.
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to take initiative and ownership of tasks.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs while maintaining a focus on achieving goals.
