Now the team is expanding and they need a Process Improvement Junior Consultant to help deliver high‑quality, results‑driven work.

- Salary: £25,500 + performance‑based bonus
- Full‑time: 37.5 hours, Monday‑Friday

WhatThe Role Involves
This is not a typical junior role – no endless tea‑making or monotonous spreadsheet copying. The consultant will be at the heart of operational improvement, working hands‑on with manufacturers to transform how their businesses run. Every day is different, challenging, and full of opportunities to learn and make a measurable impact.
Overall Responsibilities- Shadow experienced consultants and build consulting skills on live projects
- Learn and apply powerful tools to identify and solve problems
- Get involved in real improvement work, not just theory
- Build strong relationships with clients and teammates
- Progress through a structured development pathway (including official LCS certification), with training, reading, coaching and hands‑on learning
- Dive into detail and understand how manufacturing operations truly work
- Participate in client workshops, contribute ideas and capture insights
- Collect and analyse data to identify issues and opportunities
- Support the redesign of processes and implementation of improvements
- Assist project managers in ensuring projects run smoothly
- Contribute to reports, dashboards and presentations
- Support internal projects, systems, and occasionally business development activities

Must‑Haves- Relevant degree (2:1 ideally) in engineering, manufacturing, business, maths, etc. (strong practical skills and passion for problem‑solving equally valued)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Confidence with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn – growth role
- Adaptability and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Willingness to travel across Yorkshire; full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to reliably commute to or plan relocation to Leeds (LS19 6AX)
