The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced, people-oriented Business Improvement and Change Consultant to support high-impact transformation projects across key water sector clients to be based in Leeds with travel as needed. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver change initiatives that matter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business cases and performance metrics
  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder mapping
  • Create and execute communication and engagement plans
  • Co-facilitate workshops and manage follow-up actions
  • Write reports and develop case studies
  • Support delivery of projects from planning to business-as-usual transition

The days will be varied and will include engaging with a variety of clients to understand their needs, mapping current and future states of business processes, collaborating with teams to drive change and improvement and managing priorities and adapting to evolving project scopes across a portfolio of high profile clients.

About You

You will be experienced in change or transformation projects with strong EQ and have the ability to manage time and stakeholders effectively whilst being flexible to work across multiple projects and locations.

Additionally you have hold change management certifications (APMG, Prosci) and have experience working in a consultancy setting or water sector experience.
