Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Leeds for a Bookings Administrator. The Bookings Administrator will oversee scheduling and managing bookings for events, meetings, and facilities while ensuring efficient communication with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include maintaining booking records, handling inquiries, coordinating room or facility usage, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. The role also requires ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to organizational policies.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple bookings and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for answering inquiries and liaising with clients and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using booking and scheduling software, as well as Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing records, schedules, and documentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle changes or conflicts in scheduling professionally
  • Experience in administrative or bookings coordination roles is preferred
  • Knowledge or experience working with Deaf, Blind, or Deafblind communities is a plus
