Position: Admin and Production Assistant Apprentice, Anorak Colour, Gildersome LS27 7JU

Overview

This apprenticeship offers practical experience in customer service, production and admin within a busy print-based environment. You will be responsible to help with the day to day production of print jobs (no experience required) as well as imputing data into our job system.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service:
    Respond to customer enquiries via email, and online platforms. Provide accurate product information and guidance. Assist with order processing and production. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer care.
  • Sales Support:
    Help identify customer needs and promote suitable products. Update customer records and sales data in internal systems.
  • General Administration:
    Maintain accurate documentation and filing. Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Support day-to-day office tasks as required.
Future Prospects

For the right candidate there will be the opportunity to progress into a full-time role.

Training provided

Delivery to be completed on site and off the job training at your place of work.

Apprenticeship standard

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Qualifications

GCSE maths and English at Grade 4 or above – Desirable

Working week
