Position: Client Administrator, Client Data , Wealth Management Firm , 12 month FTC

Our client is a well established Wealth Management company, highly recognised with a fantastic reputation, with an office based in Leeds.

The Role:

This role is a 12 month FTC

The Client Administrator will support with back office client administration within the wealth management firm, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining high levels of accuracy and operational efficiency.

This role will suit someone who has 1-2 years administrative experience (ideally within financial services but not essential), who enjoys client administrative work with good attention to detail.

The Client Administrator will work closely with the Client and Front Office Operations Team, Compliance, Paraplanning, Operations, and Accounts to facilitate seamless workflow and communication.

The Client Administrator will demonstrate strong administration and organisational skills as well as an eagerness to take on additional responsibilities and proactively support the team.

The Client Administrator will work with the team to deliver comprehensive client administration tasks, executing scheduled ad hoc tasks as allocated, in accordance with the firm’s documented procedures including;
Client record creation, maintenance, management and storage, Client data input, Account opening processing, Change request processing, Review and approval of payment requests.

The Client Administrator will manage workflow and task tracking. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practice procedures.

The Candidate

1-2 years’ administration experience – ideally within financial services, or an office environment.

Good A level grades with some experience OR A recent graduate with administration experience will also be considered.

Ability to focus and work hard.

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
