Hybrid: 2 to 3 days in the office | Permanent | Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Are you highly organised, confident with financial processes, and passionate about supporting smooth property operations? We’re looking for a proactive Property Finance Administrator to join our property team and help us deliver an exceptional property service across our UK care portfolio.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our financial and administrative processes running accurately and efficiently.
What You’ll Do- Processing and receipting invoices for service contracts and CAPEX projects.
- Maintaining live CAPEX trackers to provide accurate and up‑to‑date budget visibility.
- Raising purchase orders for building fabric works.
- Identifying and resolving incorrect supplier invoices.
- Producing financial management reports for the Senior Property Team.
- Supporting colleagues with the People Soft finance system.
- Tracking blanket POs and maintaining planned CAPEX project trackers.
- Creating monthly Power BI reports on repairs, maintenance, and compliance spend.
- Managing supplier setup requests and vendor management activity.
- Previous Finance experience
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Self‑motivation, accountability, and flexibility.
- Experience with People Soft or similar systems.
- Good IT capability including Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
