Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Virtual Assistant/ Remote Admin
As Executive Assistant at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you will provide high-level administrative support to three FBG executives, the Chief Growth Officer, the SVP App and Eco System Platform and the Head of Casino. This position will provide critical support creating meeting collateral including decks, project management support, and be involved in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Based out of the Leeds office, this position will play an integral role on the overall FBG team.
This role requires a resourceful and proactive individual, who thrives in a fast paced innovative environment.
This position is based at FBG’s Leeds, UK office, with an expectation of 4 days per week in-office.
Responsibilities- Coordinate heavy scheduling and calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to the executives
- Manage and coordinate travel and travel-related activities, including expense reports
- Act as an extension of your supported leaders and an active voice informing, preparing and aligning the organization
- Act as the point of contact among internal and external stakeholders
- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance and support to senior staff members as needed
- Schedule meetings on behalf of executives, with internal stakeholders and external vendors and partners
- Perform other tasks as needed such as assisting with department wide initiatives and events
- Organize department and team offsites including securing venues, travel accommodations, catering orders, team building activities, and dinner reservations
- Perform administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff
- Assist with the Leeds Office activities including stocking pantry and weekly lunches
- Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team-building activities
- 4+ years supporting executives in an administrative role
- This position has a typical work week of 40 hours per week minimum. This won't be your typical 9-5 as flexibility will be required to effectively assist the global leaders you will support throughout the business. Working hours may vary based on the needs of the role and time zone coverage, with occasional weekend hours as needed. The schedule for this role complies with the Organisation of Working Time Act
- This role will be based out of the Leeds office and will require to be in office 3 to 4 days per week.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Should be well-organized, have great time management skills and have ability to multi-task within a dynamic, start-up culture
- Can maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
