Executive PA​/Administration Manager

Shantona Women’s & Family Services is a charity supporting women and families from diverse communities for the past 27 years. We provide culturally sensitive services including domestic abuse support, advocacy, counselling, and family wellbeing programmes, empowering individuals to live safe and independent lives.

Shantona is looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive PA / Administration Manager to join our Business Operations Management Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in supporting leadership and driving operational excellence.

• Experience in a senior PA, Executive Assistant or admin Manager role.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and handling confidential information.
• Knowledge of HR coordination and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and digital skills.

• Salary £25,012 to £27,685, based on experience + 6% pension
