Veterinary Receptionist​/Administrator; Part-Time

Are you passionate about animals and dedicated to their wellbeing? We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to join our veterinary clinic as a Receptionist/Administrator at our Morley branch.

As front of house Receptionist/Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Veterinary Surgeons, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients at the reception desk and over the telephone.
• Appointment planning and scheduling.
• Answering and making phones calls, including post-operative calls, responding to emails and managing client queries.
• Assisting with billing, cash handling and maintaining accurate records.
• Promoting our products and services.

This is a part-time permanent role working Wednesday 8:30am-1:00pm, Thursday 9:15am-6:15pm, Friday 9:15am-6:15pm, Saturday 8:00am-12:30pm.

• Previous experience in a similar role with reception duties is essential.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Good administration and IT skills.
• Experience in cash handling/balancing.
• The flexibility to work between the hours of 8am to 6pm is essential.
