Job Description

The Knowledge Management Content Administrator role sits within the Knowledge Management team and reports into the Knowledge and Engagement Lead.

As a content administrator at Turner & Townsend, you will play a pivotal role in the upkeep and relevance of the content on our intranet.

Your primary responsibility will be to work with internal stakeholders to refresh and update content on our dedicated intranet pages. Content needs to be usable, intuitive and easily accessible to our teams - giving them access to the information they need on a day-to-day basis.

You will be based in our Leeds office, and will be joining our Global Knowledge Management Team, which focuses on sharing best practices, knowledge and expertise through the global intranet.

Areas of Responsibility
  • Content uploading:
    Uploading refreshed text, images and other content assets to existing intranet pages; building new pages and sites to support business functions and initiatives in a timely fashion, whilst adhering to our internal quality standards and templates.
  • Collaboration:

    Working with a variety of internal stakeholders across the globe to source intranet content changes and amendments.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Ensuring all content is accurate, high-quality, and adheres to company standards.
Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience of working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • The ability to analyse information quickly and efficiently.
  • Experience working with content management systems - this is desirable but not essential, as training will be given.
  • Some understanding in the Microsoft 365 suite - SharePoint experience is desirable.
  • Have a positive and curious mindset, committed to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Have an inclusive approach, are mindful of cultural differences and always treat others with care and respect.
  • Are confident and articulate, with the ability to develop productive relationships with a variety of teams across the business.
  • Are a collaborative team-player.
