Personal Assistant

Location: Leeds City Centre (Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days home)

Salary: Up to £37,000

Start: ASAP to cover maternity

Elevation Recruitment are working with a leading law firm to support them with the recruitment of a Legal PA to support a team of partners and fee earners. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering hybrid working.

• Support fee earners’ financial performance, including client billing and reports
• Maintain CRM systems and assist fee earners with bids/proposals
• Assist in client meetings - note taking and reporting
• Manage all client correspondence - written communication
• Maintain file management processes: identify matters for closure, ensure bills are paid, clear client balances, and archive completed files
• Prepare board packs and meeting packs for partners
• Ensure compliance is all up to date and tracked correctly

• Strong experience of working within the Legal Sector
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly competent in Microsoft Office
• Hybrid working: 3 days in Leeds office, 2 days from home
• Monday to Friday - 9 till 5
• Salary up to £37k (Depending on experience) - 25 days holiday
• Pre Approved overtime available
