Overview
The Vacancy SCP Infrastructure is growing, and we’re looking for a proactive, organised Administrator to join our Leeds office. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a varied, people-facing role at the heart of a busy infrastructure business, supporting offices, teams, projects, and marketing activity across the UK. Leeds ¦ Office-based ¦ Full-time, Permanent. Interviews will take place in person on 11th & 12th February 2026.
What You’ll Be Doing- Managing office operations, visitors, meeting rooms, hotdesking, and equipment across multiple locations
- Owning shared inboxes and supporting project data, bids, and internal communications
- Supporting HR administration, onboarding, inductions, sickness tracking, and work experience placements
- Coordinating travel, car hire, staff events, and marketing activities
- Assisting with procurement, invoicing, and system/document updates
- Supporting SHEQ processes and compliance activity
- Providing hands-on marketing and communications support, including social media, website updates, and campaign planning
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do approach
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks across teams and locations
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office essential; website/marketing systems a bonus)
- An interest in marketing, people support, or operations is highly desirable
- Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
