The Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive School Administrator to join their office team. This is a key role at the heart of the school, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff—delivering a warm and professional welcome.

* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.

* Maintain accurate pupil and staff records using the school’s management information system (SIMS/Arbor or similar).

* Support with admissions, attendance, and general office administration.

* Assist with the preparation of letters, reports, and school communications.

* Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team and teaching staff.

* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

* Friendly, approachable, and highly organised.

* Experienced in an administrative role (experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential).

* Confident using Microsoft Office and school databases such as SIMS or Arbor.

* Able to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.

* A great communicator with excellent attention to detail.

* Committed to supporting the school’s values and ethos.
