This is a high-impact Executive Administrator role supporting the Head of Sales, Service and Marketing, acting as a central hub across sales, marketing, and customer service, removing administrative burden and ensuring priorities are followed through.

This role suits someone who enjoys pace, variety, and being a trusted, proactive support and has a good understanding of marketing and social media within a commercial environment.

THE ROLE INVOLVES Admin Support
  • Managing calendars, meetings, and communications
  • Preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking actions, and chasing follow-ups
  • Organising digital files, documentation, travel, and accommodation
Marketing Coordination
  • Assisting with campaign administration and social media scheduling
  • Coordinating content, assets, testimonials, and case studies
  • Supporting email campaign preparation including data checks and segmentation
Sales Admin
  • Preparing sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
  • Supporting CRM administration including data hygiene and pipeline updates
  • Chasing the sales team for overdue actions and system updates
Customer service and reporting
  • Tracking escalations and ensuring actions are followed up
  • Maintaining KPIs, trackers, and leadership summaries
  • Assisting with SOPs, workflows, and process improvements
Project coordination
  • Supporting commercial projects and initiatives
  • Tracking progress, chasing updates, and monitoring deadlines
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Proven experience as an Executive Administrator, PA, Executive Assistant, Commercial Assistant, or similar role
  • Good knowledge of marketing and social media for commercial use
  • Experience using a CRM system, Hub Spot preferred but not essential
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident chasing actions politely but firmly
  • Strong Excel and reporting capability
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Calm, reliable, and solutions-focused
