This role is part of a busy payroll team and is responsible for ensuring weekly and monthly payrolls are processed accurately and in line with legalapụ obligations. The Payroll Administrator reports directly to the Payroll Team Leader and provides efficient, accurate and timely administrative support across all payroll areas.

Please note: this role is a fixed‑term contract for 16 months.

What You’ll Do
  • Work as part of the Payroll Team to ensure the monthly and weekly payrolls are processed accurately and on time.
  • Responsible for data input and checking to meet strict monthly deadlines.
  • Work flexibly as part of a team to ensure payroll queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
  • Work together with internal departments and external organisations as required.
What You’ll Have
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll processes and statutory obligations.
  • Proven experience of working within a韓roid payroll environment.
  • Knowledge and experience of working on SAP Success Factors Payroll Module.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills – with absolute attention to detail a must.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure to achieve deadlines.
  • Adaptable and flexible חל work within dynamic and changeable business.
  • Extensive working knowledge/application of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Mail Merge, PowerPoint, database management skills).
  • Confident personality with a proactive and constructive approach.
  • Professionalism and a confidential approach in all aspects of work is essential at all times.
  • Mature, confident and responsive manner to deal with issues effectively and unaided.
  • Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and individually, developing and maintaining good working relationships with personnel at all levels.
  • Initiative and ability to identify, solve or upscale problems accordingly.
