Location: Ossett, WF5 area
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:30–17:00 | Friday: 07:30–16:00
Hourly Rate: £14.48 per hour

About the Role

We’re currently seeking an Account Support professional to join our team in Ossett
. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth and efficient management of accommodation bookings and related services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service:
    Act as the first point of contact for internal and external accommodation inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Administrative Support:
    Manage and process accommodation bookings, cancellations, and amendments.
  • Quoting:
    Prepare and issue accurate accommodation quotes based on client requirements and availability.
  • Data Management:
    Maintain and update accommodation records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal departments and external accommodation providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Customer Service Excellence:
    Proven experience delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organisational

    Skills:

    Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage workloads, and meet deadlines.
  • Administrative Proficiency:
    Solid background in administrative duties, including data entry and record management.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Communication:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Skills
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Familiarity with accommodation booking systems and related processes.
  • Quoting

    Experience:

    Experience in preparing and issuing quotes, preferably within the accommodation or hire industry.
