Thorpe Park, Leeds – Office based Monday to Friday
Overdales is looking for a new Mail Room Operator to join on a full‑time basis.
You will join a great team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys that human interaction as you’ll get to work from the office Monday through to Friday.
As a Mail Room Operator you will complete all postal and scanning activities for Overdales, providing logs, volumes and accurate updates for relevant stakeholders while adhering to the SRA & FCA regulations.
You may also be required to provide administrative support to other departments within the business such as responding to incoming post and emails.
No experience – No problem!
You will be in safe hands and shown the ropes from day one.

- Prior experience with document management is desirable but not essential
- Demonstrable teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Positive work ethic
- Effective communication skills
