We are currently recruiting for a professional and friendly Receptionist to work with one of our clients based in Central Leeds
. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and thrives in a busy office environment.
- Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Previous reception or front-of-house experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.45
- Central Leeds location with excellent transport links
