What You Will Do

The Fines Administrator is responsible for providing efficient, accurate, and timely administrative support to the Driver Services Team. You will ensure that all fines, penalty notices, and related documentation are processed in line with internal procedures and external requirements. Your role is to maintain accurate records, manage communications with authorities and customers, and ensure that payments, refunds, and representations are handled correctly.

By paying close attention to detail, organisation and a methodical approach, you will minimise risk, maintain compliance and support a positive customer experience.

What You Need To Be Successful

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused individual with a methodical approach to work and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently. You thrive in a structured environment, enjoy working with processes, and take pride in delivering high‑quality work.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years experience in an administrative or similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, particularly during busy periods
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Confident communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
