- Participating in stock investigations and provide admin support to the Stock Manager and Team Leader
- Liaising extensively with other departments and functions as instructed by Stock Manager, and Team Leaders
- Inputting data into spread sheets for report writing
- Ensure weekly KPI reports are produced in an accurate and timely manner
- Effectively deal with day-to-day queries from customers and third-party providers
- Checking email and phone queries
- Are you a Warehouse Operative or Warehouse Administrator that enjoys investigating? Do you have some experience of Stock control and looking for a new challenge?, Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Active listening and influencing skills with the ability to deal with challenging issues
- An analytical approach, with a keen eye for detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and VMS
