Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum + Bonus

About the RoleAn ambitious and detail oriented Client Administrator is required to join a highly respected wealth management and financial planning firm. This role will see you providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, assisting with investment-related tasks, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities- Provide full administrative support to aligned Financial Planners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering excellent service.
- Liaise with operational teams to support activities such as transfers, corporate actions, and data updates.
- Prepare meeting packs, valuations, and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing new business pitches and client presentations.
- Maintain accurate client records and back-office systems in line with policies.
