An established professional services firm is seeking a Client Accountant to manage a busy client portfolio and deliver high-quality accounting and advisory services. This is not an entry-level role and is best suited to someone with prior finance or accounting experience who is confident working with clients.

• Managing a portfolio of approximately 180–200 clients
• Acting as a key point of contact via phone and email
• Supporting and training clients on an online bookkeeping portal
• Providing tax planning and ad-hoc accounting advice
• Reviewing and approving financial accounts prior to submission
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a finance or accounting role
• Experience managing or supporting a client portfolio
• Strong accounting knowledge, including limited companies
• Experience using accounting software
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage workload effectively and work methodically
• Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
• Proactive, ambitious, and career-focused
• IT-savvy and committed to ongoing personal development
• A collaborative team player
