• Weld steel and aluminum components to assemble structural forms.
• Layout, align, fit and weld fabricated steel and aluminum components.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Maintain strong attention to detail regarding alignment, dimensions, and general inspection.
• Perform work involving close tolerances that require constant attention while making adjustments to ensure proper performance.

• Knowledge and technique of MIG welding.
• Aluminum welding experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints.
• Must be able to regularly move, twist, bend, and crouch while working.
• Dependable with a good attendance record.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with a handheld plasma cutter is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; vocational training and/or technical education preferred.
