Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Independent Financial Advisor, located in Lee-On-The-Solent. The role involves providing expert financial advice tailored to the needs of clients, including individuals, families, and business owners. Key responsibilities include performing financial assessments, creating personalized financial plans, advising on investments, retirement planning, and estate management strategies, and ensuring compliant financial solutions. The advisor will also actively manage client relationships, monitor financial plans, and provide ongoing support to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning
  • Proficiency in Finance and Investments, with the ability to analyze market trends and recommend suitable opportunities
  • Expertise in Financial Advisory, with a client-centered approach to building trust and delivering personalized advice
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to simplify complex financial matters for clients
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in financial advisory or related fields (e.g., Diploma in Financial Planning, Certified Financial Planner designation) are highly beneficial
  • A proven record of compliance with FCA regulations and practices
  • Experience working with diverse client profiles, including individuals, families, and business owners
