We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA Administrator) to join our team in Ledyard, CT, working at the Northeast Medical Group hospital site.

Responsibilities- Implement accurate, safe, patient‑centric anesthetic care as a CRNA.
- Understand physiologic implications and anesthetic considerations of surgical procedures, monitoring vital signs, capnography, and pulse oximetry during anesthesia according to ASA guidelines.
- Ensure documentation complies with hospital and regulatory requirements and protects information across all media from unauthorized access or disclosure.
- Demonstrate a high standard of moral and ethical behavior, professionalism, compassion, and commitment to patient care.
- Continuously engage in projects that maintain and advance professional competency.
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Educational Program by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetist Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Programs.
- Preferred clinical experience as a CRNA within the specialty/service line, though not required.
- APRNs, PAs, CRNAs, and CNMs must be appointed to the Affiliated Medical Staff of a YNHHS hospital and credentialed through the Medical Staff process.
- CRNAs must be able to stand for long periods, wear lead as needed for fluoroscopy/X‑ray cases, lift 25 pounds, and reach above and below shoulder height. Ability to negotiate patient care environments and move self/patients between anesthesia locations is required.
- AANA Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
- State of CT RN and APRN License.
- ACLS, DEA Registration, and State of CT Controlled Substance Registration.
