Ledyard Public Schools is seeking to fill an Extended School Year Supervisor position. The extended school year program is provided for students with disabilities when recommended through the PPT process.
The successful candidate will work with the Director of Student Services to prepare for the district's Extended School Year program and will oversee the day-to-day operations for the program while in session during the month of July.
The ESY program will run July 6th - July 31st, Monday-Thursday. The hours for students are 9:00 AM
-1:00 PM. The supervisor's hours will be 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
- Teaching Certification
- Experience with overseeing and supervising student-based programming or activities preferred; related experience(s) will be considered
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate with various stakeholders
- Effective problem-solving, organizational and time management skills
- Valid Motor Vehicle Operator's License and reliable transportation required
