Salary: £12.50 per hour (weekly pay)
* this will increase in April 2026
* Hours:

39 hours per week
8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday (30 min unpaid break)
8am to 1pm Friday (no break)

Responsibilities:
As a Production Operative, you will:

* Assist in assembling company products

* Support the repair and refurbishment of products

* Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to ensure product excellence

* Engage in engineering change processes to enhance existing products

* Complete builds in alignment with sales and service orders

* Aid in the smooth operation of the Service Warehouse

* Assist with picking and packing spare parts for customers and field engineers

* Maintain a clean and organised Service Warehouse

* Participate in stock taking and stock control

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

* Experience in Warehouse Manufacturing is preferred

* Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment

* Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn

* Good problem-solving skills and ability to work well within a team

* Basic understanding of engineering drawings

* Effective communication skills in English

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

* Previous experience in a production or assembly role

* Knowledge of quality assurance processes

* Familiarity with medical device manufacturing standards
