Shaw healthcare is looking for a Residential Team Leader to join the team at Orchard Place in Ledbury. You will help us deliver the highest standard of care to our service users, using the latest care technology.

As a Team Leader, you’ll need previous experience working with older people in residential care. You must be flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people. You will have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and be working toward your QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Responsibilities include building strong relationships with family and friends, keeping healthcare professionals informed and keeping the Line Manager up to speed with residents’ needs and progress. You will write care plans, follow guidelines and policies and act as a team player.

We will provide you with full training, including our leadership programme which supports your development and progression within Shaw.

Salary: £14.22 – £14.70 per hour

Working Hours: Bank 0hr contract. As/when required.
