Qualifications- Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
- Currently hold, or be able to obtain, a non‑exempt interstate DOT medical card.
- 1 year of documented tractor‑tanker experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor‑tanker experience in the last 5 years.
- 3 years of DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
- Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
- English language proficiency as required by federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)).
- Work the required schedule, work at the specific location, complete the Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.
- Position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety‑sensitive; ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safety is required.
- Associates must accept responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others.

- The associate must be able to see and hear. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- While performing the duties, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. The associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs (45 kg).
- The associate must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area.
