When You Work
- Day Shift: 6 AM – 2 PM (1st Shift)
- Evening Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM (2nd Shift)
- Overnight Shift: 10 PM- 6 AM (3rd Shift)
- Weekend Availability Preferred
- Overtime Availability (Optional)

Multiple Roles
All team members are cross-trained and expected to perform the functions of multiple position types during a given shift.
Guest Service
Focus on putting a smile on every guest’s face by welcoming them, building lasting relationships, and understanding their needs. Treat every guest like they are the first guest of the day.
Food Service
Play a part in delivering an excellent food service experience. Whether you are preparing, selling, or helping guests find food items, you contribute to quality, safety, and efficiency of our food service programs.
Problem Solving
Understand teammates’ and guests’ needs, take action to find answers and solutions, resolve issues, and communicate improvements effectively.
Cleaner & Fresher
Provide a pristine environment for our guests and uphold brand standards by staying Cleaner, Safer, and Friendlier than the competition.
Cashier
Read and respond to guests and store needs, manage multiple tasks, run a cash register, stock shelves, clean restrooms, and support promotions in a fast-paced environment.
Host/Hostess
Create an exciting, fun environment from the moment the guest enters. Be a bridge between the guest and the kitchen, provide samples, promote offerings, and enroll guests in Loyalty Programs.
Food Service Team Member/Prep Cook
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, safety standards, and brand adherence, including inventory management and ordering.
Barista
Learn to craft handcrafted beverages with high-quality equipment; handle payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
Minimum Qualifications
- 18+
- Clear communication
- Able and willing to lift and stock inventory up to 50 pounds

- Coachable
- Ability to stand on your feet during entire shift
- Able to perform basic math functions
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior C-Store, retail, food service, or customer service experience
