Overall Job Summary

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The High Volume FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately.
• Hang store signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate.
• Ensure a superior shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+ years old. High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
• Shifts usually between 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and a safe work environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move, lift, push, and pull merchandise up to 50 pounds and occasionally reach overhead.
• Stand, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders frequently.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively.
