The Surgical Services RN Director will report to senior nursing leadership (CNO/VP of Perioperative Services) and partner closely with surgical chiefs, anesthesia leadership, and sterile processing to drive strategic growth, OR throughput, block optimization, on-time starts, quality metrics, budget stewardship, and accreditation readiness; as an OR Director, expect strong support from assistant directors, managers, charge RNs, clinical educators, and perioperative informatics, plus collaborative relationships with PACU, Pre-Op, Ambulatory Surgery, SPD, and peri-anesthesia services;
