Press Operator (2nd and 3rd Shift)

• Must be familiar with press operations.
• Assemble, install, and align dies in press according to specifications working with die setters.
• Set up and place coil on mandrel.
• Adjust coil and run through feeder.
• Start press and observe operation to detect misalignment or malfunction.

This full‑time, hourly role is a part of our Lebanon team and reports to the Stamping Supervisor.

• High school Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Must be able to use micrometers, calipers, and scales.
