Door Shop Associate - Lebanon, TN

Overview

Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 26 branches throughout the United States. Our primary business is non-structural architectural grade building products sold principally to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and institutional markets. (In New Century, KS, Lebanon, TN, and Rockford, IL – we do business as: Olathe Millworks, Warren Brother Sash & Door, River City Millworks respectfully.)

Position:
We are growing and seeking a Door Shop Production Associate in our door shop. You will use a variety of tools and machines to fabricate doors from component materials.

• Shift Times: 6:00AM-2:30PM
• Pay: $17-18/hr. based on experience

• Fabricate doors and door frames using table saws, routers, chop saws and nail guns.
• Operate machines and tools in the assembly and production of doors.
• Assist our delivery drivers by loading and securing material in the truck.
• Stage and load material in trucks in accordance with customer orders.
• Work safely, attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures and policies.

• Interest in working for a company that values hard work and loyalty.
• Experience with a production environment, especially in the wood working industries, is a huge plus (machine operators, machinist, assemblers, etc)
• Strong physical stamina – this role requires a lot of physical activity. You will routinely lift and carry products from 75-100 lbs weight with a helper.
