3rd Shift Stacker Operator
Georgia-Pacific LLC is looking for a 3rd shift Stacker Operator to work at our Lebanon, TN corrugated sheet feeder plant.
Salary- $20.75 per hour + $1.00 after 90‑day probationary period
- 3rd shift differential is $2.25 per hour
- Compensation may increase with skills and contribution to plant performance
- Only candidates flexible to work any shift will be considered
- Candidates must be available to work first, second, or third shift as needed, including overtime, holidays, and weekends
- Currently hiring for 3rd shift; orientation will be on 1st shift (8:00 am–4:00 pm) and permanent 3rd shift assigned thereafter
- Lebanon operates on a points‑based attendance program
- 1st shift:
Monday – Friday 6:00 am–2:00 pm; weekends and overtime as needed - 2nd shift:
Monday – Friday 2:00 pm–10:00 pm; weekends and overtime as needed - 3rd shift:
Monday – Friday 10:00 pm–6:00 am; weekends and overtime as needed
This role is an exciting opportunity to join a close‑knit team dedicated to safety at our Lebanon, TN sheet feeder plant. The position adds value by safely assisting with the production of corrugated sheets that become printed boxes for our valued customers. Advancement opportunities will arise as openings occur.
Responsibilities- Operate automated stacker equipment to defined standards and product specification targets
- Enter data into computer control systems
- Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production
- Perform basic asset care duties, including routine preventive maintenance and cleaning of work area
- Collaborate with team to meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals
- Operate and/or work around mobile equipment
- Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment
- Perform tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day in a loud, industrial environment
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, or military environment OR completion of post‑high‑school education in a manufacturing/industrial‑centered program
- Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device
- Previous experience working in a corrugated box plant
