• Complete daily work orders as assigned by Production Supervisor.
• Follow all rules and codes of conduct established in the Employee Handbook.
• Ensure that accidents are reported accurately and completely.
• Participate in training on the job to maintain awareness of Quality, Productivity, and Safety requirements.
• Completion of daily check sheets (verification sheets) to maximize employee performance and safety.
• May be required to work above and beyond normal shift hours to accomplish the completion of production requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.
• Comply with the provisions of the O.S.H.A. and requirements and take every precaution reasonable in the circumstances for the personal protection. Participate in routine daily inspections (document findings) of the workplace and provide copies for management. Identify unsafe acts or conditions.
• Ensure that 5S and Kaizen housekeeping practices are adhered to.
• Perform audits pertaining to 5S and Kaizen ensuring shop floor cleanliness.
