A day in the life:
The Sr. Event Warehouse Specialist will train and lead our Monster Energy warehouse crew on everything from building epic staging platforms and truss structures to setting up massive tents and securing gear for the road. They'll coordinate daily assignments, oversee equipment prep and returns, and make sure every piece of gear is clean, safe, and event-ready. From forklifts to pallet jacks, you'll train the team on proper equipment use while keeping our warehouse organized and running like a well-oiled machine.
They'll manage inventory systems, verify event kits, and coordinate marketing deliveries or pickups. This role thrives on energy, precision, and teamwork, with the flexibility to work in the warehouse, outdoors, or in the office.
The impact you'll make:
* Train Event Warehouse Specialists to properly use/build equipment including, but not limited to staging
platforms, truss structures, large tents, etc.
* Coordinate job assignments of warehouse personnel.
* Oversee the maintenance of the warehouse (janitorial services, moping/sweeping, stocking, organizing etc.)
* Provide training for the operation of forklifts, pallet jacks and all other warehouse equipment.
* Insure the maintenance, service, repair and cleanliness of equipment, warehouse/workspace and vehicles
* Utilize warehouse inventory software system
* Oversee Event equipment preparation, verification, pre and post return to inventory
* Demonstrate how to properly secure all equipment and loading/unloading of trucks
* Superior attention to detail
* Coordinate Event marketing deliveries or pick-ups as directed
* Must be able to work in various settings (warehouse, outside, in the office).
* Must be able to work in a group setting, as well as independently.
* Performing other duties that may be assigned.
Who you are:
* Possess a High School graduate or GED
* Possess a Forklift training certification (Or Ability to Obtain)
* Possess a Stageline Promobile Operator Certification (Or Ability to Obtain)
* Possess a valid Driver License
* Have excellent interpersonal communication skills and problem-solving capabilities
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Ability to travel as required and work weekends and Holiday's as required
* Ability to lift up to 75 LBS and occasionally 100 LBS
* Ability to push, Pull, Lift equipment during Shift
* Ability to bend + Climb onto deck, truss and Stage
Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated pay rate of $20.00 - $27.00 per hour. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
