Serve nutritious meals to residents in a safe, sanitary manner in accordance with Public Health Regulations and Sanitation Code;
Maintain a clean, safe working environment and safe work habits including hand washing and routine cleaning;
Prepare dining rooms daily: set tables, pour beverages, clear and clean dishes;
Follow cleaning procedures when mechanical equipment is not available (e.g., power failure);
Assist with evacuation of residents in an emergency and participate in life safety drills and trainings
