Providing companionship and build rapport with residents;
Assist residents with activities of daily living including ambulation, transfers, hygiene, incontinence care, and feeding;
Serve meals and perform after-meal cleanup; maintain cleanliness of resident rooms;
Observe residents and report concerns to the Wellness Director; follow safety regulations;
Complete all documentation, participate in wellness meetings and trainings, and communicate with families and staff
