CFO

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/VP Finance to lead our financial operations and strategy in the manufacturing or materials processing industry. The role requires at least 10 years of financial leadership experience and proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics.

$120,000 – $180,000 per year

• Develop and implement a financial strategy aligned with company goals.
• Manage financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Oversee cost accounting for production, including raw‑material analysis, yield management, overhead allocation, and waste reduction.
• Ensure full transparency over financial performance.
• Advise on revenue growth and costandletion.
• Communicate bestaan potential risks timely and clearly.
• Propose action plans to meet annual financial objectives.
• Support the CEO with monthly and annual financial plans.
• Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments.
• Coordinate and produce all tax documentation.
• Collaborate with executive team to share reports and analysis findings.

• Minimum ten years of financial leadership, preferably in manufacturing or materials processing.
• Experience as CFO, finance officer, or similar role.
• In‑depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management.
• Excellent data analysis and forecasting skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and financial management software, especially Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, leadership, organization, communication, and people skills.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with numbers.
• CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus.
