As a Test Engineer, you will be a key member of our development teams and projects, safeguarding the quality of our deliverables throughout the product development lifecycle. You will work with Test, Verification and Validation, both in terms of requirement definition and execution, to ensure that our products meet internal standards as well as external regulatory and quality requirements.

• Assess and (help) formulate testing, verification and validation requirements
• Specify, plan, coordinate and follow up activities with regards to specific deliverables in development and maintenance projects
• Pinpoint specific needs in terms of process/method development, as well as equipment and other investments, in order to be able to deliver on the requirements
• Have regular communication with the project(s), QA‑department and other development departments to ensure compliance in all deliveries
• Actively participate in continuous improvement activities, as well as regulatory and quality assurance investigations when required

• Ensure that the department works with a high‑quality focus, and that the applied working processes within the department comply with set standards/requirements.
• Responsible for defining strategy and efficient tactics for Confidence Testing (pre‑V&V tests) and formal Verification and Validation tests during the product development cycle.
• Responsible for supporting multiple concurrent new product development.
• Responsible for managing test device samples, configurations and dependencies.
• Responsible for working with test technicians and product development engineers to define and execute confidence and verification test protocols, including sample size rationale.
• Responsible for defining and specifying required fixtures or equipment needed.

• 4‑8 years professional experience in technical product development exposure to target setting, planning, testing and other V&V‑related activities.
• You have a BS in Engineering (Chemical, Systems, Mechanical, etc).
